Data Deletion
This page explains how to request deletion of your personal data from DioulaBa. It can also be used as the Data Deletion Instructions URL for Meta and similar third-party integrations.
1. Who Can Request Deletion
Any customer or vendor may request deletion of their account and associated personal data, subject to legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and transaction-retention requirements.
2. How To Submit a Request
Send your request to sales@dioulaba.com from the email address linked to your account, or contact us from your active account.
Include at minimum your name, account email, account type (customer or vendor), and the nature of the request. If the request relates to Facebook or Instagram access, include the connected channel or relevant user identifier.
3. Verification
Before deletion, we may require reasonable identity verification to prevent unauthorized third parties from deleting an account they do not own.
4. What We Delete
Once a request is validated, we delete or anonymize, as applicable, profile data, addresses, sessions, wishlists, marketing preferences, social publishing references, and other data not required to be retained by law.
5. What We May Retain
We may retain records needed for accounting, order history, refunds, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and protection of platform rights in the event of disputes or abuse.
6. Processing Time
Requests are generally processed within 30 calendar days unless additional time is required for legal review or identity verification.
7. Outcome
After processing, you will receive email confirmation. If some data cannot be deleted immediately, we will explain what category was retained and why.
